SOFTWARE SOLUTION DESCRIPTION:

Our stock options administration software Easy Options/ESPP Custom ™ includes four integrated modules:
1. Stock Options (plus Restricted Stock and Performance shares with market conditions)
2. Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP),
3. Insider Reporting SEC 16-forms 3,4 & 5, and
4. Valuation / includes Black-Scholes single/multiple option, Binomial lattice modeling ASC 718 (FAS 123R) and 10-K proxy reporting. Monte-Carlo simulation available for performance shares with market conditions, like TSR valuation compared to peer-group companies.

Included are 180 customizable reports, plus unlimited user-generated custom SQL report/export (new Filemaker Pro platfrom only), as well as 500 pages of user documentation and 90 slides training presentation (it can be downloaded from our website).

2025 Fee Schedule:

Prices are per year, unlimited employee records, unlimited grant records for all but Light/Basic (former Pre-IPO) $999 price tier that is limited to 100 grants only [1]
